Ingredients
2 medium
Banana (s)
(frozen)
2 tbsp
Sunflower seed butter
(natural)
2 tbsp
Water
(if needed to facilitate blending)
Instructions
Break the frozen bananas into chunks. Blend the frozen banana chunks and sunflower seed butter in a food processor or blender, until the mixture turns into a creamy, soft-serve, uniform ice cream-like consistency. Add water to help with the blending process if needed.
Serve immediately for soft-serve style, or store in the freezer in a sealed container for a more firm, scoop-able texture.

Quick Tips
You can use any type of nut butter, including almond, cashew, or peanut butter!
You can freeze the bananas already sliced to facilitate a better blend and to be easier on your equipment.
