3 large Carrots
1 medium Lemon (put aside one slice/wedge to serve)
1/2 cup Ice cubes (to serve)


Wash the fruit and vegetables (except for the lemon as you will be peeling it).

Peel lemon.

Cut the fruit and vegetables to a size that will fit in your juicer.

Mix in the frothy stuff before pouring.

Pour over ice if so desired (I usually don’t).
