454 gm Beef, ground, extra lean
1/2 medium White onion (grated)
1/2 tsp Turmeric, powder
2 clove(s) Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Liquid aminos

Instructions


1. Combine everything using your hands in a bowl. Form into patties.

 

2. Cook on a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165F

 

3. Serve with butter lettuce or collard greens as a “bun” and add desired no-sugar toppings like mustard and 1-2 cups steamed broccoli.
