1 bag(s) Baby spinach
454 gm Beef, ground, extra lean
1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained (rinsed, drained)
4 tbsp Lemon juice
4 tbsp Tahini (optional)

Instructions


Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Cook beef on a medium high heat until well browned.

Add chickpeas and cook for another few minutes to warm. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

To serve divide baby spinach between two bowls. Top with beef and chickpeas. Drizzle over tahini (if using) and finish with lemon juice.
