Ingredients


1/4 cup Frozen strawberry
1/4 cup slices Frozen banana
2 tbsp Avocado (look for frozen prepackaged)
1/2 cup Baby spinach
1/4 cup Kefir (choose any flavor you enjoy)
2 tbsp Lemon (I chop this in bulk and freeze it)
1 tsp Ginger, ground
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tbsp Collagen peptides
1/4 cup Water, filtered (add more or less based on your preference)

Instructions


Add everything into your blender and blend until smooth.
