1/2 tsp | Matcha, green tea powder |
1 cup | Silk Original Coconut Milk |
1/2 cup | Water, filtered (some water will be for mixing the matcha) |
2 scoop | Collagen peptides |
1 tbsp | Coconut butter |
1/2 tsp | Maca powder |
1 tsp | Honey, raw (to taste) |
In a kettle or pot, boil water. I use some of the water for mixing the matcha. I wait until the water warms up a bit and then I add some of the water (and then put it back on the stove) to a small bowl with the matcha and then I whisk it until it looks like an espresso consistency.
In another pot, warm up the coconut milk.
In your blender, add the whisked matcha, collagen peptides, coconut butter, maca powder and honey.
Once the water + coconut milk have boiled, add to your blender.
Blend and enjoy!
* This can be a ketogenic drink without the honey.
