3 cup Kale (de-stemmed, chopped)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Green onion
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions


On a plate or in a bowl, layer kale, avocado, berries, onions and sprinkle with help hearts. Drizzle salad with oil and vinegar.

Serve with Miso Marinated Salmon or Chicken Breast.
