Super Simple GF Arrowroot Crepes

1/4 cup Arrowroot flour
1 cup Egg white
1 tsp Coconut oil (either use to grease the pan or mix in with batter)


Whisk ingredients together to form a batter and pour onto pan. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side.

Fill and or top with anything that takes your fancy! They go great with a drizzle of coconut yogurt or whip and blackberries in the morning…
