1/2 cup Cacao nibs, raw
1/3 cup Coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp Coconut sugar
1/2 cup Coconut, shredded
1/2 cup whole/halves Macadamia nuts, unsalted
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 cup Mulberries, dried
1/2 cup Mulberries, dried
1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
3 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 pinch Sea Salt
1/3 cup hulled Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Walnuts


Preheat oven to 350.

Melt the coconut oil and warm with the coconut sugar and maple syrup.

Mix all of the dry ingredients together (except leave the mulberries, cacao nibs and coconut separate).

Mix in the liquid ingredients.

Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Once the mixture is removed from the oven, mix in the mulberries, cacao nibs and coconut.
