1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 medium Banana (s) (frozen)
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
3/4 cup Spinach
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (or choice of protein powder)
3 cube(s) Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
