|2 cup||Sliced almonds (Use WHOLE, not sliced almonds)|
|1 cup||Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener|
|1/2 cup||Water, filtered|
|1/2 tsp||Cayenne pepper|
Place water, Monk Fruit, and spices in a non-stick pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil (stirring occasionally).
Turn to a low heat and pour almonds into pot and cook for another 15 minutes. Once the liquid reduces, place almonds on wax/parchment paper covered with ample "syrup".
Spread almonds apart with a fork and cool for at least 15 minutes.
