1/2 cup cubes | Kabocha squash (steamed or boiled) |
2 cup | Water, filtered (boiled) |
2 tbsp | Coconut sugar |
1 pinch | Himalayan sea salt |
Preheat the oven to 300F
Evenly spread black sesame seeds on a baking tray. Toast for 2 minutes
In a high speed blender or food processor, blend sesame seeds to a flour-like consistency
Add the coconut milk powder, squash, boiling water, coconut sugar and sea salt into the blender and blend until well combined
Serve immediately
