2 medium potato Sweet potato (boiled and peeled)
1/4 cup Cacao powder, raw
2 tbsp Agave nectar (syrup)
1/4 cup Coconut milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp Mint, fresh (chopped)
2 tbsp Pecans (chopped)
2 tbsp Coconut, shredded


This is so easy...

  1. In a blender add cooked and peeled sweet potato, cacao powder, agave, cinnamon, vanilla and coconut milk and blend until smooth, creamy texture
  2. taste for sweetness, or chocolate factor and adjust as needed, no rules!
  3. separate your mixture into 4 portions
  4. top with fresh chopped mint leaves, pecans and shredded coconut
  5. chill in the refrigerator prior to serving


***You can adjust the amount of coconut milk depending on the texture you want. Less for pudding style, more for mousse style.
