1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


- Mash sweet potato in a bowl until soft and batter-like.

- Crack 2 large eggs and beat them together with the sweet potato.

- Add spices.

- Pour batter into non stick pan or waffle iron.
