| 6 medium potato | Sweet potato |
| 2 medium | Navel orange (peeled,sectioned) |
| 1/4 cup | Orange juice |
| 2 tbsp | Date sugar |

| 1 can (15oz) | Pineapple, canned (drained) (rings) |
Bake sweet potatoes at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until soft. Remove skin and any browned area.
Blend oranges, juice, date sugar, and walnuts together in a blender or food processor and mix in the sweet potatoes.
Spoon into a glass baking dish, place pineapple rings on top, and bake for another 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
