Sweet potato
(steamed and pureed)
4 cube(s)
Ice cubes
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1 medium
Banana (s)
1/2 whole orange(s)
Orange juice
(fresh squeezed)
1/2 tsp
Pumpkin pie spice
(or just cinnamon)
1/2 can(s) (13.5 oz)
Coconut milk, sweetened
1/2 cup
Water
(add as needed)
1 tsp
Honey, raw
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
If it is too thick add more water. If it is too thin, add more sweet potato.
