High protein meal, great for post-workout! Grain-free!
Ingredients
1/2 medium potato
Sweet potato
2 tbsp
Mayonnaise, low fat
(or veganaise)
1 tbsp
Pickle relish, sweet
1/2 small
Red onion
(diced)
150 gm
Salmon, chum (keta), canned, drained solids with bone, unsalted
Instructions
Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Add to the toaster like you would bread and toast on high. It may take 2 rounds to get it cooked with a little bit of browning on both sides.Add mayonnaise, relish, diced red onion to the salmon. Scoop tuna onto toast and enjoy!
