| 1/4 small potato | Sweet potato (cut in thin slices) |

1. Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices.
2. Add to the toaster like you would bread and toast on high. It may take 2 rounds to get it cooked with a little bit of browning on both sides.
3. Spread some almond butter on toast, top with sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
