Sweet Potato Toast with Almond Butter

1/4 small potato(es) Sweet potato
2 tbsp Almond butter
1/2 medium Banana (s) (optional (or use apple))
1 dash Cinnamon (or just a dash)

Instructions


Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Add to the toaster like you would bread and toast on high. It may take 2 rounds to get it cooked with a little bit a browning on both sides.

Spread some almond butter on toast and add sliced banana or apple (or leave the fruit off) and a bit of cinnamon.
