Ingredients


1/4 medium potato Sweet potato
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 pinch Salt and pepper
1 large egg Egg
1/2 cup Sprout mix
1 tsp Nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp Hot sauce
1 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Kimchi

Instructions


Slice two slices of raw sweet potato

Place in toaster and toast until cooked and soft, but toasted

Place on plate and add mashed avocado

Top with optional items like sprouts, sliced tomatoes, kimchi or hot sauce.
