2 stalk(s) Green onion
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White pepper
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
3 cup Bone broth, Organic
1/3 cup Coconut cream
567 gm Ground turkey, extra lean
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Mustard powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
4 slice Bacon, uncured, Nature's Choice
3 Medium Sweet Potato Sweet potato*

Instructions


  1. Chop the bacon and then add to skillet along with ground turkey. Brown turkey and drain fat
  2. Chop remaining ingredients and add to a pot along with the turkey and bacon. 
  3. Simmer 20-30 minutes or until sweet potatoes are soft. 


 

Notes:

This will make a lot, about 5-6 bowls, which is about 8-10 cups.

OMIT ALL THE SEED BASES SPICES LIKE PEPPER, NUTMEG & MUSTARD. USE HORSERADISH, GINGER AND A LITTLE CINNAMON INSTEAD. USE COCONUT CREAM INSTEAD OF CASHEW CREAM. ENSURE YOUR BACON IS AIP COMPLIANT.
