1 medium potato | Sweet potato (cooked; skin removed) |
2 tbsp | Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill |
1 tbsp | Nutritional yeast |
1 tbsp | Sea Salt |
- Mash sweet potato in a bowl until lumps are removed.
- add flour and spiced and fold into sweet potato.
- Put mixture on a baking sheet and knead with your hands.
- Roll out with a rolling pin to make flat. You may separate the "dough" into smaller portions to roll thinner for wraps.
For Flat bread:
- Add additional spices and toppings that you desire. Bake in the oven at 425* for 25 minutes
For Wraps:
- Place in a non stick pan on medium heat.
- Watch for bubbling like a tortilla would and then flip to the other side.
