1 cup chopped Green Apples
1 cup sliced Carrots (sliced)
1/4 cup Pecans (pieces)
1/4 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana)
1 tbsp Honey, raw
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/4 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tsp Cinnamon
