Ingredients


90 gm Vital wheat gluten
1 tbsp MET-Rx Meal Replacement powder, Chocolate Peanut Butter (any powdered nut butter works)
1 cup Perrier, mineral water bottled (any sparkling water works)
1 tbsp Stevia sweetener, powder (optional)
1 tbsp Cinnamon (optional)
1 1/5 second spray Cooking Spray, coconut oil

Instructions


1. Heat up your waffle maker at high heat.

2. Mix all dry ingredients.

3. Add the water, the sparkling water will make your waffles "fluffier" regular tab waters works as well if you have no sparkling water around.

4. Carefully, do not over-mix the batter.

5. Spray coconut oil to avoid sticking. 

6. Pour half the batter and cook till crispy.

This should hit your sweet spot pretty good!
