100 gm | Vital wheat gluten |
1 tbsp | MET-Rx Meal Replacement powder, Chocolate Peanut Butter (any powdered nut butter works) |
1 cup | Perrier, mineral water bottled (any sparkling water works) |
1 tbsp | Pea Protein Powder (any flavor) |
1 tbsp | Stevia sweetener, powder (optional) |
1 tbsp | Cinnamon (optional) |
2 tbsp | Cocoa powder, unsweetened (optional) |
2 tbsp | Mixed fruit, dried (optional) |
2 1/5 second spray | Cooking Spray, coconut oil |
1. Heat up your waffle maker at high heat.
2. Mix all dry ingredients.
3. Add the water, the sparkling water will make your waffles "fluffier" regular tab waters works as well if you have no sparkling water around.
4. Fold in the dried fruit and or chocolate chips, carefully, do not over-mix the batter.
5. Spray coconut oil to avoid sticking.
6. Pour half the batter and cook till crispy.
This should hit your sweet spot pretty good!
