Ingredients


1/4 cup Jasmine rice, dry
1 bunch Green onion
1/2 cup Frozen peas and carrots
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Italian herb seasoning
64 gm Beef, ground, lean

Instructions


  1. Brown hamburger and drain. Add seasonings, green onions and peas/carrots mix to the ground beef and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Make rice and add to the hamburger mix and serve. 
  3. Freezes well
