Tahini Almond Date Bites

14 date pitted Medjool date
1/2 cup whole Almonds, raw
1/3 cup Tahini
1 pinch Sea Salt
2 tbsp Water (1-2 tbsp.)
1/4 cup Sesame seeds (to coat)


1. In a food processor, pulse almonds until crumbly and partly smooth.

2. Add dates, tahini and salt and continue to process. Texture will be crumbly so add water, 1 tbsp. at a time until dough forms into a ball.

3. Form 1-inch rounds with the mixture and roll in sesame seeds to coat. Cool in refrigerator to firm.



This recipe makes a batch of bites. Freeze them and remove a few at a time.
