|1/2 cup whole||Almonds, raw|
|1 pinch||Sea salt|
|2 tbsp||Water (1-2 tbsp.)|
|1/4 cup||Sesame seeds (to coat)|
1. In a food processor, pulse almonds until crumbly and partly smooth.
2. Add dates, tahini and salt and continue to process. Texture will be crumbly so add water, 1 tbsp. at a time until dough forms into a ball.
3. Form 1-inch rounds with the mixture and roll in sesame seeds to coat. Cool in refrigerator to firm.
This recipe makes a batch of bites. Freeze them and remove a few at a time.
