| 1/3 cup | Tahini |
| 1/3 cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | Honey, raw |
| 2 clove(s) | Garlic (minced) |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 1 dash | Black pepper |
| 1 tsp | Hot sauce (optional) |
Put all ingredients to make the dressing in a jar. Screw on the lid and shake until well mixed.
Pour dressing over salad just before serving (see Notes below)
This dressing is great on any salad! However, it was originally created for the Antioxidant Salad.
