Ingredients


1/4 cup Tahini
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove(s) Garlic (pressed or finely diced)
2 tbsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (or tamari or soy sauce)
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
2 tbsp Lemon juice (or more (use more to thin out after a few days of sitting in fridge))

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients together and combine.

2. Serve over massaged kale.

 

Notes:

The dressing becomes a bit thick over time, so add more lemon juice to thin out before using again.
