1/4 cup Cranberries, frozen
1/4 cup pieces Frozen cauliflower
1/4 cup Frozen zucchini
1/4 cup Butternut squash
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured
2 tbsp Kefir
4 tbsp Skyr plain yogurt
1/4 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1/2 small Apple (green - chopped, for topping)
50 ml Macadamia nuts, unsalted (crushed - for topping)

Instructions


Blend first eight ingredients together. Top with apple and nuts and enjoy!
