Ingredients


1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (red)
2 medium Carrots (orange)
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes ((yellow, or yellow squash))
2 cup Green leaf lettuce (or other fresh greens)
2 cup Arugula (or other fresh greens)
1 cup Red cabbage (shredded)
1/4 medium Red onion

Instructions


1. Rinse fresh veggies.

2. Shred carrot and cabbage.

3. Dice red onion into small pieces and slice cherry tomatoes in half.

4. Combine ingredient in large salad bowl.

5. Enjoy
