1/2 cup Brewed black tea
1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Honey
4 large fruit (6.4cm dia) Tangerine (mandarin), raw


To start, brew one black tea bag. As it steeps, segment four large mandarins, placing the pieces in a small bowl.

Pour 1/2 cup tea over the top, drizzle with 2 Tbsp. honey, and top with a sprinkle of ground cardamom and cinnamon.

Serves four.
