Teriyaki Beef Skewers

454 gm Beef, sirloin tip, lean
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Avocado oil
2 tbsp Tamari, gluten free, reduced sodium
2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp Erythritol


  1. Combine the sesame oil, avocado oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and erythritol in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the beef pieces and stir to coat.
  3. Marinate for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
  4. Remove beef from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
  5. Preheat the grill if using.
  6. Divide the meat into four portions (reserve the marinade) and thread onto four skewers along with optional pieces of green onion.
  7. Grill beef skewers over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
  8. Cook the remaining marinade in the microwave for 2 minutes, or in a small saucepan for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  9. Pour sauce over skewers before serving with sesame seeds as garnish if desired.


Serve with a side of - lightly sautéed asparagus, green beans or bell peppers!
