1 large Yellow onion (diced)
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Curry powder (jamaican blend)
2 1/2 tbsp Hoisin sauce, gluten free
1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning, McCormick
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt (pinl)

mix ingredients - onion garlic first - med sauce pan - med high heat

add in powders
