227 gm Beef, tenderloin
1/4 cup Soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
2 tsp Cilantro (coriander)
1/4 cup Green onion, scallion, ramp (chopped)
4 florets Broccoli florets
4 slice Yellow bell pepper
8 pod Snow peas, raw
1/8 cup Bean sprouts
1/4 cup diced Celery
2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
3 mushroom(s) Shiitake mushroom, dried (sliced)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)


1. Combine beef marinade in a non-reactive bowl, add beef and marinate for 2 hours. Grill (marking on both sides) and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice steak into 1/2 inch slices. Sauté vegetables together. Add steak to grilled vegetables and serve.
