|12 thigh(s)||Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless|

|1 tbsp||Garlic (minced)|
|1 tbsp minced||Ginger root|
|1 pepper(s)||Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli) (1 tbsp. minced)|

Leaving the chicken aside, combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for an hour or more.
On the barbecue, cook chicken thighs for 15 minutes with the lid down, and flip.
Continue cooking for 10–15 more minutes, until golden brown.
