2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp packed Brown sugar
1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp Turmeric, ground
1 tsp Coriander, ground
1/4 tsp Black pepper
681 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (cut in half)
1/4 tsp Salt


Combine cilantro, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, turmeric, coriander and pepper in a sealable plastic bag.

Add chicken breasts and squish bag to coat.

Freeze as is or let marinate 30 minutes at room temperature (or in the fridge overnight).

Preheat grill on medium-high.

Season chicken with salt and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Serve on the side or shred it and serve mixed into the salad.
