Notes:

One of my biggest “healthy swap” recommendations for weight loss and overall nutrition is a nutrient-dense protein smoothie to replace a meal a day.

This Beginner Smoothie Recipe is a perfect place to start! It may take a little time to play around with the ingredients and consistency you prefer, but it’s worth the effort. I have so many clients that say they are “addicted” to their morning smoothie.

As one of the world’s healthiest foods, spinach is nutrient dense, loaded with antioxidants and powerful anti-inflammatory abilities, and it’s also low in calories. The benefits of it are endless, including everything from shining hair to protecting you from diabetes and cancer.

Try to sneak some spinach in as many recipes as you can!
