1 cup diced Pineapple
1 cup Baby spinach
1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Water
1 medium Banana
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled


1. Combine everything in a blender until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy immediately or store for later!
