This one is so quick and easy. If you have the ingredients and end up with surprise guests, this one will surely impress!
Just put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
I like to serve this with Organic Blue Corn tortilla chips but you can also serve with cucumber rounds, red pepper strips or your favourite whole grain crackers.
