1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned (rinse and strain)
1 clove(s) Garlic
1 medium Tomato
1/4 medium White onion
1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander)
1 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (or to taste)
1 pinch Sea salt (to taste)
1 fruit Lime (fresh squeezed)


This one is so quick and easy.   If you have the ingredients and end up with surprise guests, this one will surely impress!

Just put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.

I like to serve this with Organic Blue Corn tortilla chips but you can also serve with cucumber rounds, red pepper strips or your favourite whole grain crackers.
