1 cup | Cashew nuts, raw |

1. Soak cashews in a bowl of water ahead of time, for an hour or more. Drain liquid from cashews and add to blender.
2. Remove stem and seeds from red pepper, roast in oven on 425° for 15 minutes or until tender, and place in blender.
3. Squeeze juice of one lime into blender using a citrus squeezer.
4. Add garlic, salt, and water to blender.
5. Blend on high, stopping to stir as necessary, until contents are well combined.
