Ingredients


908 gm Beef, ground, extra lean
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
1 tbsp Thyme, fresh
1 tbsp Sage, fresh
1 tsp Sea salt
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions


In a large, combine the ground beef, fresh herbs, and sea salt.

Heat some of the cooking fat in a cast-iron skillet on medium heat.

Cook the patties for about 5-8 minutes a side, until nicely browned on the outside and cooked throughout.

Alternatively: Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
