| 1 container (8 oz) | Button mushrooms |
| 1/2 tsp, leaves | Thyme, dried |
| 1 tbsp | Coconut oil (for frying) |
| 1 pinch | Salt (to taste) |
1. Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Throw in the mushrooms, cap-side down, and sprinkle thyme and salt.
3. Leave the mushrooms to cook until the cap is nice and toasty, then toss around for about a minute to pick up the extra thyme and share juices.
4. Remove from heat and enjoy!
