|1/2 tsp, leaves||Thyme, dried|
|1 tbsp||Coconut oil (for frying)|
|1 pinch||Salt (to taste)|
1. Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Throw in the mushrooms, cap-side down, and sprinkle thyme and salt.
3. Leave the mushrooms to cook until the cap is nice and toasty, then toss around for about a minute to pick up the extra thyme and share juices.
4. Remove from heat and enjoy!
