1 mango Mango (Fresh or frozen)
1 medium Banana (s)
1 cup Water, filtered
2 cup Spinach (Optional)
1/2 cup Arugula (Optional)
1 tsp Kelp granules (Powder, Optional)
1/2 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (Optional)
1 medium Orange (Juiced, Optional)
1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander) (Optional)
1/2 cup Aloe Vera Juice (Optional)
1/2 cup Raspberries (Optional)

Instructions


1. Combine the mango and banana with 1 cup of water in a blender.

2. Add any of the suggested additions in assorted combinations.

3. If you’re feeling adventurous, go ahead and add them all for an incredible healing smoothie!

4. Blend in a high speed blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

 

Notes:

Get creative and play with different flavor combinations.

I recommend trying the additions in the ingredients list:

(including orange juice, cilantro, spinach, arugula, raspberries, and aloe vera) above as a jumping-off point.
