6 tomato Plum tomatoes (cut into bite-size segments; Salad)
227 gm Mozzarella cheese (fresh; cut into 1-inch cubes; ; Salad)

Instructions


  1. Filet mignon: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the tenderloins with salt and pepper. Grill the tenderloins about 8 minutes each side, or until desired doneness.
  2. Salad: Combine the tomatoes and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss gently. Drizzle generously with olive oil and vinegar. Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle on top of the salad.
