Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in large non-stick sauté pan.
- Add the sausage and cook, stirring, until browned and cooked through.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, and oregano. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a 3-to 4 –quart casserole dish.
- Add the feta and spinach, stirring until all of the spinach is incorporated.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly.
