TNT Sausage with Feta and Spinach

2 tbsp Olive oil
454 gm Italian pork sausage (hot; cut into 1-inch-thick slices)
1 can(s) (14oz) Diced tomatoes, canned
1/2 can(s) (16 oz) Tomato sauce, canned
1 tsp, ground Basil, dried
1 tsp Oregano, dried
171 gm Feta cheese (plain; crumbled)
1 bag(s) Spinach (10 oz; fresh)


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in large non-stick sauté pan.
  3. Add the sausage and cook, stirring, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, and oregano. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 3-to 4 –quart casserole dish.
  6. Add the feta and spinach, stirring until all of the spinach is incorporated.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly.
