|2 slice||Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9 (or any other gluten free organic bread)|
|1 tbsp||Almond butter (or fit butter available at PL)|
|1 tsp||Matcha, green tea powder (1 cup with breakfast)|
|1 scoop||Whey protein powder, vanilla (have a shake with your breakfast, see smoothie recipe)|
1. Toast bread until golden brown or until you get desired outcome.
2. Butter bread with almond or fit butter.
3. Heat water for tea, and drink black.
4. Make protein shake.
