1/4 cup whole/halves Macadamia nuts, unsalted (chopped )
1/4 cup Pecans (chopped )
1/4 cup whole Almonds, raw (chopped)
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Dried goji berries (or cranberries, optional )
1/2 cup slices Strawberries

Instructions


Place nuts and pumpkin seeds in a pan over medium-high heat and toast. Sprinkle this mixture with chia seed, vanilla extract, and berries, into coconut yogurt or serve with coconut milk.
