|1 tbsp||Dried goji berries (or cranberries, optional)|
|1/2 cup||Mixed berries|
|1/4 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure|
|1 cup||Silk Original Coconut Milk (or coconut yogurt)|
1. Place nuts and pumpkin seeds in a pan over medium-high heat and toast.
2. Combine with chia seeds and goji berries.
3. Combine with mixed berries, vanilla extract and coconut milk.
